Help needed for IB options (apologies if I already wrote a question like this before)

I need some help (asap if possible). I have to submit a response on which ib subjects I will pick. And unfortunately Computer Science isn't an option in block 4 in my school. And I was planning on taking CS and art together since I wanted to try becoming a UX/UI designer. And now I have to pick either to sacrifice art or CS. And which subject I should pick for block 4. I am terrible at Bio (I have horrible memory) and physics is not looking good for me (my teacher ruined it for me and now I want to sleep every time I hear anything about physics). I'm not interested in Sports Science and I heard that ESS is easy, but not worth it. They only offer bio, physics, sports science and ESS in group 4. What should I do?
Any advice is greatly appreciated!!!!

Hiya! I looked at some design uni courses, and it seems like having Art is more important - I would take that. Also, for UI/UX, I'm honestly not sure how useful CS would be - I take it at HL, and we spend our time doing computer architecture, Java, control systems (how traffic lights work for example) - even if your school does the Web Science module, most of the course stays fairly theoretical. In the new syllabus, you do get to do machine learning though, which is pretty cool.

As for your group 4, it sounds like you've struck out three options out of four. I don't do ESS, but it sounds like the best option if you actively dislike the others.
