Cambridge/ oxford masters PHIL

I am thinking about applying to oxford/ cambridge for a masters but need help with completing my application I am not sure if I would actually be in with a good chance of getting an offer but need a tutor to help me apply and give me advice. Please let me know if you’d be able to help. I’ve heard MPHIL at oxford/ cambridge are not too competitive but am not sure how true this is.
