What is Contextual?
I have seen a lot of people saying they are contextual, what things are required to be eligible for a contextual? I was eligible for free school meals and I was a refugee (have now received my citizenship but will mention in teacher reference that I was). Am i contextual?

Contextual admissions criteria varies for each uni, so you'd have to check each uni you apply to on their websites to see what their criteria are (I was contextual at 1 uni but not my other 4). I think free school meals would make you conextual at a lot of unis tho.

Every uni has slightly different criteria, you have to visit their websites to see. Usually free school meal is one criterion and your teacher has to confirm in the UCAS reference. Your home address is likely a criterion as well, they would judge it based on your residential post code entered into UCAS.
