Is it possible to apply to another course In UCAS while enrolled in UCL?

I am a student in UCL who wants to move to other courses desperately. I am planning to take A levels again, to move to another course because I don't want to study in this current course.
I want to ask:
1. Is applying to another course in UCAS possible while taking a gap year in Uni?( since I can have both options: transferring to another course if the applications were unsuccessful.)
2. Generally, I need advices, I'm also considering to take a master's degree to specialise and just finish the course that I am taking.

P.S The course that I am taking is interdisciplinary course, where the core modules are vague, and requires me to do broad studies while making nearly impossible to specialise in a certain sector. Some might say 'interdisciplinary' will be a sector but I strongly disagree.

You say you want to "move to other courses desperately" and "applying to another course", but don't mention anything about changing university. You would only re-apply via UCAS if you want to change university. If you want to stay at UCL you would do an internal course switch instead.

Although the fact that you also say you're "planning to take A levels again" suggests that your plan is to:
1. Drop out of UCL.
2. Re-do your A levels.
3. Reapply elsewhere via UCAS.

Is that right? Or are you planning to re-do your A levels whilst still at UCL?

To what course do you want to switch? Are your A levels no good for that course?

My informations were insufficient.
I want to redo my A levels while I'm at UCL, so that I can have a chance of transferring my course and aplying to another university at the same time.
I don't directly meet the A level requirements, since I have A*A* B D in maths economics history and furthermaths.
So my plan is to take the may A level exams to improve my furthermaths score, so that I can meet the requirements for transfer in 2025/2026. I just want to know that if this is possible.

It is, yes. However, you need to stop thinking of this as a "transfer". A transfer is where you move from university A to university B, studying the same subject and (typically) without losing a year. So you might so Year 1 at university A and then transfer to university B for Year 2 onwards in the same subject.

What you're doing is applying for a new course at a new university via UCAS. So it'll be almost identical to the original application process you followed when you originally applied. The only difference is that most of your grades all be actual grades, with only your Further Maths grade being predicted. You'll also have to include your time at UCL in the Education section of your application.

Do you know who'll you'll use as your referee? Your original school/college? Or someone within UCL?

Also, don't hang about getting registered for your Further Maths A level. For most exam boards you're now past their entry deadline and so will need to pay their "late entry" fee. Individual exam centres (where you actually sit the exams) will have their own deadlines for registering with them.

Is including my time in UCL compulsory for UCAS applications? If it is compulsory, would the experience be an advantage for applications?.
I register for my Further maths A levels. However, the problem is that the A level exam periods overlaps with my Uni exam periods. Is my grades in UCL going to effect my UCAS application?
Thank you with the information.

It is compulsory, yes. As UCAS say on this page, "If you studied at a uni or college but didn't finish the course, you still need to enter these details."

I'm not sure if it would be considered an advantage or not. I would suspect that if you did well whilst at uni it might be an advantage, but if you didn't then it wouldn't.

It's good that you're registered for Further Maths already.

You say that, "the A level exam periods overlaps with my Uni exam periods." Do the actual individual exam dates clash? Do you need to be in two places at the same time?

I suspect that your UCL grade will not impact your application, unless it's very bad. They'll be more interested in your A level grades, I suspect.
