Talent Bench

Recently applied for an amazon apprenticeship and got placed on talent bench. Anyone know how likely i am to receive the role by September? What are the odds? Has anyone else been moved from talent bench to receiving an offer?

I saw a couple people in another thread get a role after being place on a talent bench. There’s still a chance and congrats because it’s better that a straight rejection. For example someone who actual got an offer could decide by August to no longer start the apprenticeship because maybe the Amazon apprenticeship was their 3rd/4th choice then they received an offer from their 1st preferred choice in the summer and decide to no longer take on Amazon . Hope that makes sense . What role did you get put in the talent bench and city? Also did they add any other information other than you’re on a talent bench ?

Oh that makes sense, i’m hoping thats the case so i can swoop in and grab the role since Amazon is my first choice. I got placed for the UX role in London, and no, they just said i displayed strong positive qualities and that my application remains open until September 2025

Was it level 6 ?
