I plan to do my llb law degree in Warwick which I understand isn’t the most prestigious law school, does going to Warwick stunt my chances?
could you elaborate on what your long term plan is? I think if you do really well at Warwick and the LSAT it’ll be fine but be prepared to explain why you want a jd after a llb, as well as why a jd and not a llm. Many states (inc. NY and CA) will let you sit the bar if you have a llb + US llm. So I’d say keep an open mind, excel at this law degree first, and double check with Harvard directly about having already studied law and applying for their jd vs llm

I assume that the OP might have in mind an LLM, not a JD. There would be little or no point in doing a JD after an LLB.
Because that's the answer to your question. If you apply to Harvard, you will be judged on your individual qualities, not on the name of the university you studied at.
