Summer Accommodation in London

Hi guys,

I'm currently a third year undergrad student at Oxford, and I've got a 2 month internship this summer running from start of July to end of August.

Wondering if any one knows where I can look to find somewhere to stay, or would like to rent out their own place if they're not in London over the summer to make some money!

I want my own flat (studio or one bed, NOT a shared room in an apartment), ideally not too far out from the city (internship is in Westminster) in a safe/ well-connected area. Bills included would also be ideal.

Looking for somewhere within 30mins commute from Liverpool Street, move in around 28th June and move out around 6th September - though I flexible to shorten the dates by a week or 2 either side. Looking for something around the £200pw mark, with access to kitchen facilities. Happy for a single room in a shared apartment / house.

Hi!!I'm leaving my large single room in Central London called Helen Graham House! I'm looking to transfer the contract to someone else, am very flexible with the starting date could be (April/May/June-September). The room is a large single room with high ceilings close to tottenham court road, holborn, and russell square tube stations. It's around a 10-15 min walk to UCL and KCL. Rent is £265 per week. Has a lively shared kitchen, and shared bathrooms. The room has a double bed, 2 wardrobes, 2 floating shelves, 2 chest of drawers, a study desk, 2 pin boards and a sink. Hi! I’m looking for a student replacement tenant from 28th June - 6th September 2025. The price per week is £284. The room is located in Helen Graham House (opposite the British Museum) at a 10 minute walk from Holborn Station, Tottenham Court Road, UCL/SOAS/UoL, Kings and LSE. It is a large single size with a double bed. It is on the top floor (13th floor) with a view of centrepoint and the BT Tower. There is a kitchen on the floor. Please message me if interested.
