Hi there, this is an undergraduate course, these applications are now open and are currently taking an estimated 6-8 weeks for review. Thanks, Stephen.

Even if it’s graduate entry medicine it’s classed as undergraduate? When I started the application it says loan for the £9535 but I know for GEM you can only get a loan for £3000 something for the first year?

Hi there, for graduate entry medicine the following will apply:

Students in year 1 of these courses must self-fund the first £3,465 of the total fee charged by the university.
Student Finance England can award a tuition fee loan of up to £5,785 and a full Maintenance Loan

Students in Years 2-4 of these courses will be entitled to a tuition fee loan of up to £5,535 and NHS England will pay £3,715 of the student’s fees.
From Student Finance England a Reduced Rate Maintenance Loan is available.

Thanks, Stephen.
