I'm looking for a room in London this summer as I need somewhere to live for a 10-week internship. Looking for somewhere within 30mins commute from Liverpool Street, move in around 28th June and move out around 6th September - though I flexible to shorten the dates by a week or 2 either side. Looking for something around the £200pw mark, with access to kitchen facilities.
I am a second year student at University of Cambridge, friendly, tidy, and easy to get along with. Please give me a shout if you have any suggestions.

My roommate and I are looking for a replacement tenant in Helen Graham House (a private hall). The contract is for a single bed in a shared room for £193 per week. It is 5 minutes from the Elizabeth Line; Liverpool Street is at most 25 minutes away. Let me know if you'd like any more information.

Hi, I have a studio in Wembley if you're interested.. has its own kitchen, bathroom etc. It's furnished and 2 mins walk from tube station which has the metropolitan line that takes you straight to Liverpool Street

Hi! I’m looking for a student replacement tenant from 28th June - 6th September 2025. The price per week is £284. The room is located in Helen Graham House (opposite the British Museum) at a 10 minute walk from Holborn Station, Tottenham Court Road, UCL/SOAS/UoL, Kings and LSE. It is a large single size with a double bed. It is on the top floor (13th floor) with a view of centrepoint and the BT Tower. There is a kitchen on the floor. Please message me if interested.

- £1,300/month (bills included + negotiable) but I’ll do it for £250 pw and I’ll just pay the difference

- ~15 mins to central by bus
- Bus stops are ~5 min walk from the accommodation
- Big Asda ~5 min walk
- Big Tesco ~10 min walk
- Shared kitchen has a TV
- Accomodation has a theatre room, billiards, board games, gym, free bike hire
- QMUL is a ~9 min walk
- UAL is ~10 min bike ride
- Borough market is ~13 min bike ride/ ~15 min bus ride

Tenancy transfer will be done through accomodation management🫶
