For me, doing some exercise everyday really helps (even if that's just a walk), and not having caffeine in the afternoon
Not going on my phone as much would help me fall asleep. Edit: I also hope that others can give tips and advice.
Screen time can be a really doable change to make for lots of people, as there's lots of research into the link between screen use and quality of sleep.

For me, doing some exercise everyday really helps (even if that's just a walk), and not having caffeine in the afternoon
Although for lots of people it's easier said than done, reducing caffeine in the afternoon can have a massive impact on sleep, that's a really helpful suggestion! ☕️
Moving and exercising during the day is great advice. If you can get the added benefit of some fresh air too then that can often be refreshing and can also help with mental health, distraction and with our body clock too. Thank you for your suggestions! 💜
