I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I am leaving London. This is a prime location- Paul Robeson House, London, just five minutes from Kings Cross Station.
The room is available from mid- May 2025. The tenancy ends 14 September 2025. It is an ensuite room and all bills included. The rent is £229.87per week. Only kitchen is sharing. Payment has to be made by April 2, 2025 to management. You do not have to pay any deposit.
Bus-stops and Tesco are only 2 minutes away. Many other super-markets are super close. Good shopping area in Angel which is 10 min from here.
Please contact soon if interested. Only postgraduate or PHD students are allowed in this student accomodation.
