What topics come up every year for biology and should I focus on

For Edexcel SNAB they repeat topics every 3 or so years, maybe AQA is the same?
Focus wise, go with what you know the least always, regardless of what topics seem likely. I went for a broad revision with a paper and question bundles for every unit afterwards - finished Y12 winter exams with an A.

What topics come up every year for biology and should I focus on

I'd recommend focusing improving topics you're weaker on, rather than trying to predict what will come on papers. Unfortunately it can be hard to predict exactly what will be on the papers so it's best to be prepared for anything that could come up.
