Struggling to decide between UCL or Nottingham for chemical engineering

I'm really finding it hard trying to make a choice between firming UCL or Nottingham for ChemE. On one hand you got the very reputable uni UCL which is always looked at with high regard, however you look at the student satisfaction stats for the course and they are... well doomed, then you got Nottingham on the other hand, beating UCL in every statistic for ChemE all except for average starting salary (which im not too worried about). This decision is making me scratch my head as turning down UCL for Nottingham seems slightly stupid to me (I'm not saying Nottingham is bad, since its really highly rated for ChemE but UCL is one of those unis most people make their dream) but everything tells me to turn to Nottingham on paper. I've especially heard bad things about the faculty in UCL for the course and I would really appreciate any advice and any insight into either universities since this is just a pain in the back.
