Student finance for siblings

If you will have 2 children at university at the same time, is there any actual information about how this will affect their loans? I read that the parental contribution is split between them, but are there any other factors to this e.g. income levels? Thanks

I'm still using my account that I set up and first used (via paper letters back then) in 2004. It's just migrated online now but I can still access all my old loan info on it.
I use it for my current degree, as well as for supporting my husband's loan. When my daughter applies (this year) I'll be using it to support her application too.

So no you don't need a new account, your old one is fine. As for how do you log in, you might need to contact Student Finance for that. I can't remember how I managed to access mine.

Hi there, we use the sponsor income to assess the students award based on the total household income. There are other factors that can impact the students award such as the type of course, the student's living location and course length to name a few. Thanks, Stephen.
I am so confused. This thread was about whether or not the mother could use her old SF account to support her child's application or if she had to make a new account...

And now it's about siblings.

I'm not going mad I promise. If anybody reads my previous comment, I wasn't hallucinating. The OP has changed her first post completely.

@PutNameHere whyyyy??
You could have made a new thread for this.
