ATAS Delay for May 2025 Intake

Hi, I applied for my ATAS on 24th January 2025 and still haven’t received it. I tried to follow up with ATAS on email, but they haven’t responded. My PhD starts on 1st May, and I’m getting really concerned because I need ATAS to apply for my student visa.

Has anyone else applied around the same time and received theirs? Or is anyone else still waiting? If you received it, how long did it take? Any tips on getting a response from them?

Would appreciate any help or insights!

Everyone has their own timeline. ATAS delays are expected. If you have a start date of May, don't worry and ask your university for the last date of enrolment and it definitely will be sorted out. I know this is a very stressful time for you. I hope this is helpful if you haven't received your ATAS yet.

I haven’t received mine yet, and I applied on the 20th of January.

My PhD starts on the 6th of May, so I’m very worried too. Have you gotten yours yet?
