Hi! I'm a Sociology with Psychology and Data Analytics student at City, so I'm not on your course, but I really admire your mindset going into Diagnostic Radiography, wanting to grow as a person as well as succeed academically is important.

While my course is quite different, I've found that balancing uni work with personal development comes down to good time management and knowing your limits. It is possible to get involved in other opportunities, just be selective and choose things that genuinely interest you or align with your goals. Even short placements, workshops or talks can make a big difference!

If you're looking to hear directly from current Diagnostic radiography students, you can actually message them through City's "Ask a Student" page here: https://www.citystgeorges.ac.uk/prospective-students/open-events-and-fairs/online-chats/ask-a-student

You can filter by course to find Diagnostic Radiography and send your questions straight to students who are already on the course. It's a good way to get tips and insight before you start.

Good luck with everything!😊

Do you know how strict St George’s are on reaching their conditional offer?

Hi!

You can use this link to find out more about St George’s and get your questions answered: https://www.sgul.ac.uk/study/contact-us

You’ll be able to speak directly to staff and students from the Tooting campus, which should give you a good idea of how strict they are about meeting conditional offers. There’s also a Unibuddy section where you can chat with current students, that might be especially helpful for getting honest insights from people who’ve been through the same process.

Hope that helps!
