Unsure what to put for relationship status SFE

I'm reapplying for SFE for year 2 right now. I (23) have lived with my parents this year but will be moving in with my partner (26) in august right before term starts. Do I put "single" or "living with partner as if married" on my application now? They work full time and I work part time during term time and full time outside term time.

Yeah I got confused with this too.

I visited my ex partners place a few times a week but we
never shared a tenancy contract or anything.

I didn't know whether to put separated or single.

How would SFE even check if we were together or not?
I don't even understand

Hi there, if you are aged under 25 at the start of the academic year (so if starting in September, would be 1st September) and have no children, you would be classed as a dependent, and we would still seek your sponsors (parents) income for to assess your application. If however you apply and are 25 prior to the start of the academic year, we would then class you as independent and then seek you partners financial information to support your application if living with them. Thanks, Stephen.
