Would Leeds accept a BTEC alongside two a levels ?

Hi, I’m in Year 12 and currently doing two A-levels (English Language and Business) and one BTEC Level 3 National Extended Certificate (IT). I have been looking into courses recently, and an International Business + Marketing undergraduate course at Leeds caught my eye. Will they accept this combination of qualifications ? If so, will it affect the entry requirements at all ? (AAA).

Yes. They'll accept that combination of qualifications. See https://business.leeds.ac.uk/undergraduate/doc/entry-requirements, which lists requirements for courses within Leeds University Business School. Under Alternative Qualifications, BTEC Nationals Level 3, it says:

"The equivalences for degrees requiring AAA at A level are stated below.
...
Applicants offering a BTEC National Extended Certificate must obtain a Distinction having studied this qualification alongside two A Levels at grade A (a minimum of one academic A Level is required; excluding General Studies and Critical Thinking)."

So you're requirements will be AA at A level and D in the BTEC.
