What should I do?!
Earlier I brushed my teeth vigorously and I accidentally hit my teeth with the brush and then my teeth started to get loose, should I go to dentist I don't know?!

Yes, and they will show you how to brush your teeth properly. Maybe even give you something for the gums, teeth should not get loose.
