Eligible for Student Finance as International Student
Hi everyone, I have offers from Kingston University and the University of Essex to study adult nursing in 2026 and have been told I'll have to pay international fees. I was wondering if I was eligible to get any student loans? I turn 19 at the end of the year and have pre-settled status

Is the course starting September or later in 2026?
Can you confirm your nationality? Age and if you have any qualifications currently?

Hi, thank for replying. They start in September and October of 2026 respectively. I'm Nigerian, 18 years old and I have GCSEs and a foundation degree in btec level 3 applied science. I finish college in 4 months and then I get the extended diploma equal to 3 a-levels.
