All bills included £120 for ensuite bedroom, shared kitchen, no living room. Located on Garth Rd and only a 5-minute walk from Bangor University.

Cozy first floor bedroom includes a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, draws, and your own bathroom! Shared kitchen includes: 1 hob, 2 oven/grills, 2 fridge-freezers, toaster, microwave, kettle, sink and a utility room with a washing machine. Private drive, from the main road and is a 3-minute walk from both the public pool and Pure gym.

Contract starts on the 1st*of July either rented as storage (cheaper) or living in over summer (standard price).
