Good Afternoon,
I applied to Medicine with foundation year this year, but I have been put on the reserve list.
I was only moved to the United Kingdom in 2020. I worked so hard to be in this position. I am very keen to study medicine at Plymouth because of its EBL Learning method and its diversity. If I get offered a place at Plymouth, It would be my firm choice.
Kind Regards,
Thanks
Would this be fine

You’ve worded it perfectly… maybe try expressing your interest a bit more… for example
I wanted to reiterate my strong interest in the Medicine with Foundation Year program at Plymouth University. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to be considered and would be thrilled to accept a place if one becomes available. And then your second paragraph looks good.

I was looking at beckly as its opposite the uni stone throw away but the rooms apparently are really small .
Discovery heights which is next door the rooms are lot bigger .
Anyone else know of anywhere else ?

Does anyone know any good private accomodations where you don’t have to walk so far to get to the uni, so like max 5 min walk

I've just booked discovery heights its literally opposite the uni.
Says 3 minute walk.
When I visited last year its the same distance as some of the uni accommodation and is only 150 pw for an private bathroom shared kitchen.
They guarantee to put with other 1st years as well.

I am, I’m in group 2!
Hi everyone! Congratulations if you've been offered a place on this course at Plymouth! 🤩

As a current student at Plymouth (studying a different course), if you have any questions about the university, city, or student life, feel free to reach out and I'd be happy to help!

Best of luck if you have exams at the moment and hope to see you on campus this September 🥳

Hey, I wad just wondering whether you believe that Plymouth not doing real dissections is a hinderance to anatomy learning? As well as PBL I am worried about knowledge gaps. Thank you!

Hi there! As I'm not a medicine student myself, I wouldn't know enough to answer this question, but I'd recommend reaching out to our medicine student on Unibuddy who will be more than happy to chat with you about the different teaching and learning styles, facilities, equipment and more at Plymouth 😊

Best of luck!
