Student Finance 2025/26

When my parent was emailed to support my sfe application as a continuing student. She didn't put any financial proof bc it didn't ask for any. I'm confused. She recieved an email saying she has filled out information. She gets most of her income through benefits
Is this because sfe already has financial proof from the last time I filled out this application
