Additional Maintenance Loan Application disappeared

I completed my student finance application and apple for both the maintenance loan and additional maintenance loan. When I submitted it was showing on my application summary. Since checking again it only shows the maintenance loan application and not the additional loan... happened for anyone else?

Can you confirm if you're under 25? Are you married or have children?
Did you apply for the special support element of the loan as you receive certain benefits/have a disability?

Hi Claire,
I am over 25 and single. I haven't applied for the special support part of the loan.

If you're over 25, we will automatically assess you for the higher loan, if you requested this on your original application.

Thank you for your reply. So does this mean I will be considered for the additional higher maintenance loan despite this part disappearing from my application summary?
