I went for the Yugo Coliseo accommodation - it was recommended by the agency I applied through. It’s cheaper, it looks friendlier and I think there are more international students, you also have the option to cook your own food!
Are you starting in September 2025 too?

I guess it depends on the room type you opt for. I went for the Individual+ room, which is €1,484 a month—there are cheaper and more expensive options, but some might be sold out by now.

I can use the shared kitchens, and I emailed them to ask about this. They said there are two per floor, cleaned daily by staff. They also mentioned that most people opt for full board, so the kitchens aren’t used much. Only those who don’t choose half or full board have access to the kitchens.

If you choose half or full board, it comes at an added cost, but I think the total ends up being similar to Xior.

There’s also a €1,250 deposit, which they refund as long as the room is returned in the same condition as when they gave it to you at the start of the year. They also have a €300 booking fee.

I think Xior’s deposit was around €2,000, but I don’t remember the exact amount.
