Yes, there is a way could improve: increase the level of effort you're putting in above "extremely minimal". The more effort you put in, the better your chances of getting the grades you're hoping for.

youre not cooked - idk about art coursework i dropped it but otherwise there's still time - just focus on summaries for weak areas and grinding out practice questions (physics and maths tutor has past papers for every subject i think + questions organised by topic) - cognito is really good for sciences the videos make everything easy to understand and quick and they have practice questions, for english + humanities you can look up example answers and summaries of main points and stuff and then make plans for what to bring up in different questions cos a lot of the time the questions are fairly predictable - lmk if u want more tips for revision methods/specific subjects or anything
any effort you put in will help so just start now and try not to stress about lack of time
good luck!

My best word of advice at this point is to put the most effort into the subjects you are most interested in studying in the future. Since your GCSE’s are right around the corner you may not have enough time to thoroughly study each subject (it is very possible tho with enough proactivity). Good luck with your studies x
