This will largely depend on your sixth form and possibly what type of sixth form it is (attached to a secondary school vs it being a college for example) along with the qualification that you’ll be doing.
What subjects are you looking to do at sixth form? Do you already know what time lessons (school day) end at the sixth form that you’re interested in?
I personally had 5 periods a day then I can’t remember how many frees I had but maybe it was 2-3 free periods a day on average.
