Mechanics help!!

Uniform rod AB mass 40kg and length 10m rests with the end A on rough horizontal ground. The rod rests against a smooth peg C where a AC=8m. The rod is in limiting equilibrium at an angle of alpha degrees to the horizontal. given that the reaction at C is of magnitude 196 N find the value of alpha

It helps to see yuor working, but a couple of things
1) there is no vertical wall in the question
2) the 196 reaction does not make an angle theta (alpha) with the horizontal

Upload your working if you still having problems. It should just be a couple of lines.
