Girls never really like boys. They simply tell us they do so they can manipulate us and get us to do things for them.

And after they have sex with us they eat us.

It's just imitating the behaviour.
If you fold your arms, it has been theorised that they will also fold them..or hold them across their chest. (Ie something similar)

It does kind of work, I've watched people who I know like people etc.

She touches her hair when just before or just after she looks at you. She may tend to make more contact than usual with other males in your vacinity and see if you notice. She will look embarassed if she is caught looking at you. She will keep looking at you. She may look away from you but her body or just feet will be pointing towards you (difficult to check) I know.

In more intimate contact ie 1 one 1 or in a small group (3-4), she will have her thumbs in her pockets but hand out or hand in but thumbs out. This can also be a sign of or display of strength but in intimate contact it is unlikely. She will tend to point the front of her body towards you but may still look away.

This is only in general not everyone does / doesn't do it. Also beware if you see these things it may not be you she fancies!!
