Hey, you can always email them to check don't get disheartened yet as many people may reject the offer so they most likely will have a waiting list (:

Doing it this year, I applied last year. The assessment itself is quite scenario based. "If your team cannot decide a solution, what do you do etc.." and you select out of 4 the one that applies to you. The video interview i found tough. I prepped questions but its mostly about "why do you want to have work experience at HSBC specifically ". Thats where you talk about the company etc

Was it generic about like why hsbc or quite technical? What did you do to prep for to ( eg did you prep questions? And how was the assessment
