jobs for 14yo
hey I'm in year 9 and I'm turning 14 in 5 days, I wanna have my own money and hoping to look for a little job I can do maybe after school sometimes, does anybody know the sort of jobs that would be reasonable at my age? the obvious options probably babysitting, tutoring, etc. but even then I'm not sure how I'd actually get into one of those jobs, any advice would be appreciated thank you!

Jobs for 14 year olds are not common, for things like babysitting or tutoring I would probably put some posters up around you local area offering your services, you could ask in any local newsagents or small shops if they would consider hiring a 14 year old. You could offer car washing, lawn mowing or cleaning for friends and neighbours. Bear in mind the national minimum wage does not apply to under 16s.
