how would withdrawing from maths a level now impact my current uni offers?

hi! all my uni offers require me to score AAB/ ABB but my maths grade currently stand at a U... my predicted grades met these conditions but my maths grades are continuing to plummet as of now. i am confident that i can score A-A* for my other 2 subjects (film and media) but i am seriously concerned about not being able to achieve a B for maths. realistically speaking, my uni course does not require maths (i applied for film) and i have many extra curriculars and a strong epq to back up my portfolio. is it possible to withdraw from maths a levels and contact my unis in hopes of them ammending my offer?

to add on, my school put me on forced leave for a couple weeks due to my (previously) debilitating mental health and i was forced to drop my 4th subject (drama) this year due to the disbandment of the drama department. i scored consistent As in drama last year (and for my other 2 subjects) so i would not be in this predicament right now if i was allowed to continue drama a level :c
