Master of Public Health (MPH) at City St George’s : Discussion with Current Student

Hey everyone! I’m currently a Master’s student at City, St. George’s University of London, pursuing my MPH, and I’m excited to connect with you all! The MPH program here is dynamic, offering a wide range of modules that cover everything from epidemiology to global health policy.
Let’s create this space to discuss important topics like funding, scholarships, bursaries, and how to navigate the modules, assignments, and even professors. Whether you're interested in how to manage assignments effectively, want advice on finding scholarships, or just want to chat about the program, feel free to reach out! I’m more than happy to share my experiences, tips, and discuss any aspect of the program:h:. Let’s support each other and make the most of this amazing journey! 😊

Hi there!

I'm currently a 3rd-year BSc public health student and want to apply for the MPH this September or January 2026, full-time. Before I apply, I wanted to see if it can fit around my schedule/personal duties.

If you're okay with answering, how many days a week do you go to uni? How many modules do you take in a term, and how what time do your classes start, and how long are your days? I'm thinking of being an online student. Is that a good idea? And also, if you start in September, when will your graduation be, summer (in July) or Winter (in January the next year)?.

How do you find the course load as well, and do you enjoy the course and teachers

Looking forward to your reply!!
