Hayloft tenancy takeover (the biggest room)

Hi I'm looking for a student to take over my lease, which runs until June, 2025 at Hayloft Point. It’s £331 per week, with bills included. It's the biggest room in the flat as it is next to the kitchen.

The room is an en-suite with a shared kitchen. It’s about a 2 minute walk from Aldgate station and a 5 minute walk from Liverpool Street.

The building features a laundry room, gym, quiet study space, and common areas.
