If your exam board is Edexcel the textbook is really good. I do every question in each exercise. You can probably find a pdf for the textbook for free somewhere online. If you want extra practice mathsgenie, madasmaths, yesterday’s maths exam and pmt have a lot of questions for each topic. Bicen maths and Zeeshan Zamurred are also YouTube channels I’d recommend if you want to start teaching yourself the content.

How did you find Maths Year 12 and year 13? Tell me your experience please!!
Currently, I am doing, by myself, all the first topics (including mechanics). Do you think that is a good idea?
I will start Sixth Form this September 2025 lol.

The year 12 pure content is easy imo. A lot of it builds on stuff covered at GCSE, and anything new feels like an extension of what you already know. I think year 13 content is more difficult so I’d recommend spending some time over year 12 summer to go over a few topics to stay on top of things.

I’d also recommend going over a bit of stats and mechanics. They can feel a bit different from the maths you’re used to, so even just a basic understanding of key concepts will make things a lot easier when you start in September. That being said, don’t overwork yourself. Enjoy your summer, relax, spend time with friends and go to sixth form feeling well rested. I didn’t do anything during the summer after my gcses and I still got an A in maths at the end of year 12, so don’t stress too much
