Lancaster is ranked highly by employers and is among the top 30 most targeted universities by the UK's leading graduate employers, according to The Graduate Market in 2024 report. Further, Lancaster has a high employment rate due to the fantastic careers support you can access during your time here. The careers service can offer lots of support in finding and applying for placement years and summer internships (which can really help to boost your employability), as well as careers fairs throughout the year, a range of workshops on assessment centers and improving your linkedin and 1 to 1 careers guidance and support.
