maintenance loan

I have submitted an application for my student loan, first problem was that i could only add one parent, the other one just would work (the website wouldn't let me) this means one of them isn't even able to submit documents to support my application. second problem student finance have already calculated my maintnance loan without taking my household income into account, now I know about the PFF2 forms but my parent wouldn't be able to send them as he can't support my account as i couldn't add him. Should I cancel and restart or send both the PFF2 forms through one parents student finance.

Upload a completed PFF2 form with information about BOTH parents on YOUR account. Then SFE will have what they need to do a household income assessment.

It would be best to have your sponsors complete the PFF2 form. This can be uploaded to your account for review. Our current timescales are approximately 4 working days with subject to change depending on our current volumes.
