Dofe bronze timescales

i started dofe around a year ago, with the minor problem being that I'm amazingly good at procrastinating. Whilst my volunteering went fine, for both my physical and skills i sort of stopped doing it for a while, and am currently continuing. If I do dofe for 3/6 months, does it have to be consecutive? Or should I just restart my sections? I'd prefer to just continue, especially since i did creative writing for skills, and there's work I'd really love to show to my assessor (english teacher) from when I started. What should I do?

depending on your assesor, you can literally just lie. if you spent around 3/6 months depending on your skill or physical, give some proof and get it signed off. that's what i did for my bronze haha i was more consistent with silver
physical was tough for me bc i chose one that meant going outside (road biking) when i'd have to do it over winter weather in scotland. no thank you! i just did 3 months total and got my pe teacher to sign it off. got my award the same as anyone else and was good to go
