I’m studying university at icon college

And I’m facing a financial problem to rent property. and this is my first year at university but not my first payment.
If I apply for hardship early payment will I get it. and I have no money in my account right now any idea

Hi Tsegazabe,

The Financial Hardship team will determine if they can bring that payment forward for you. If you have already submitted the application with the evidence of your 3 months recent bank statements with bills/arrears in your name, this is currently taking around 11 working days to process. Please allow time while monitoring your account. In the meantime, you could also speak to the financial department at your university to see if they are able to offer any support to you.
