Student accommodation - which blocks are newest or best refurbished ?

I'm struggling to find this data, which I think should be front and central on the university and providers website.

I have:

Dorchester house, built in 2012 but no mention of any refurbishment
Lyme Regis House, built in 2009, refurbished in 2019
Cranborne House, no idea when built, refurbished in 2013
Purbeck House, no data
Chesil House, no data
Bailey Point, no data
Student Village, ignored as old and no en-suite

Do you have any additional information ?

Hi there,
Thanks for your interest in our accommodation here at BU!
All of our accommodations have their own things that make them unique and stand out. They are all kept well maintained and touched up constantly to a level that whole building refurbishments aren't common, mainly due to most of them having an in house maintenance team. I think my best advice would be to come on down for an Open Day, this way you can tour our accommodations in person, and speak to each reception team who can answer any questions you may have, including dates of last major refurbishments.
Alternatively, take a look at our virtual tours of our accommodations, this can be found here: Accommodation Virtual Tour

I think you're looking at information for the wrong Cranborne House (https://maps.app.goo.gl/xapMszJGeDCE2dgn8 ) and Purbeck House (https://maps.app.goo.gl/BfFk7tF4SiBmns2d9 ) - neither building is Victorian
