Because this was in the H&R forum I was tempted to make a comment pertaining to one of the lines in the London Underground song..."Take your Oyster card, and shove it up your..." :p:

just ring up the oyster card people and order a new one via phone. I did it before and it comes in like a week.

:rolleyes: I did this last year.. over the summer so it was a great big hassle before I could get any teachers to sign my new form ==;;
I've now learned that you should've made a note of the number at the back of your Oyster, then if you contact them and quote the number they'll send you a new one.
Otherwise, it's late, I have a flight tomorrow and I can't really remember what else I did.. check the tfl website xD

I suppose so, but last year it was the 16-17 one which was meant to cover both Year 12 and 13 (until you turned 18) but then they changed the name to Zip 16+.
Gutted as well because I was an idiot and had my bank card amongst other things with my Oyster when I lost it (either on a bus or at Nandos, lmao)
It shouldn't be too much trouble, though if you do need a form signed you're going to have to wait til you get back to school in January, I'm afraid.

And thanks! Should sleep but I can't be bothered right now xD

Oh, really? I don't like phonecalls.. I got my mum to sort it out for me xD
What I said only applies if you do need a form filling in.. unless you can get hold of a teacher over the holidays, aha.
And lesson for next time! KEEP THE NUMBER ON THE BACK OF THE CARD.
They always say it on the letter they send with your card but no one ever pays attention :rolleyes:
Yeah it costs £10 over the phone. You used to have to fill out the forms again at post office but now you can just order a brand new one.
call them up, get a replacement, costs a tenner. end of thread.
