Be honest…
Have you done these things before?
Have you done things like that in the past?
Have you denied stuff in the past, that you did actually do?
It’s rare a parent accuses their child of something, without having a specific reason (evidence) or several past experiences of similar situations with that child.
Look at your past behaviour and ask yourself if your parents suspicions are understandable.

Then ask her why! Politely and calmly of course!
Try to understand what she is saying. Do not be in a rush to disagree with her. Any feelings she has are just as valid as your feelings.
Then quietly think about what she has said. Try to learn a little bit about how she feels and how she thinks.
Then, later or another time, ask her to listen to your thoughts and feelings.
