My mum's SFE account looks completely different to my dad's, help??

For context, my parents are supporting my student finance application as a 1st year undergrad.
My mum's financial information's gone through normally and the progress bar says everything has been completed and processed. Whereas when my dad logs in he has to go into a different area of SFE to even look at his supporting application. All it says is that he has applied. There is an option to upload more supporting documents underneath if SFE had contacted him to upload anything. But the thing is, they haven't said a word since Thursday when he sent the initial info in. Any advice?? Or should I just contact them directly next week?

Hi ramenisbae,

There is currently an error affecting accounts including sponsors supporting applications. Our IT team are looking to resolve this as soon as possible. Please keep an eye out for this to be announced on our social media channels for this to be confirmed as resolved.
