Yes. You can see the relevant requirements beneath the "Requirements for business, sciences, and law courses" heading on Reading's English language requirements page, which says that for both TOEFL (iBT) and TOEFL (iBT at Home) the required standard is 88.

Hi @ilsa najafi

I hope you're well!

As has very helpfully been said above, yes this would be accepted for this course. If you have any more questions about it then please let us know, or use the Ask A Question page on the university website.

This page on UCAS (see below) suggests that there has been some flexibility in the recent past. Whether that's available this year too entirely depends on how many of their offer-holders meet their offer grades. If too many do, there will be no places left for "near miss" candidates.

Note than when UCAS compile these statistics, they "standardise" achieved grades. So they'd list ABC as BBB.

Good afternoon,

Applicants are selected using the contextual offers programme. Where the staff select students whom are most appropriate for the course. Therefore I cannot comprehend whether or not you would be offered a place.

The contextual offers is where students are selected by there grades and merit, e.g their personal statements. So offers given out vary between students.

All the best,
Ella
