Which Uni Is Better For Finance?
Hi, i’ve received two offers, one from Lancaster University and one from University Of York. I’ve applied for Finance in Lancaster and Accounting and Finance in York. When i graduate what will employers looks for. a better ranking uni (Lancaster) or a russell group uni (York), or does it not matter?

Both are good unis. Look at their course structures and choose the one you like most. Future employment prospects hinge on your capabilities, not where you come from.

Ultimately both are good unis and one does not really have much of an advantage to the other when it comes to the recruitment process. I'd say pick the uni which you think you'll enjoy more, whether that's the modules that you study or the environment of the unis themselves. If you haven't already, I recommend going to the offer holder days and getting a feel of the unis. You can also talk to staff and ask them questions!
