The final interviews were on 14th Mar. I was interviewed by Warwick. They said that we can expect to receive offers sometime between 17th-28th. Though they didn't say it, I also heard that international students generally receive their offers first.

Pls let know, if you guys receive an offer or hear anything back

Generally how this works is, they advertise more projects than they can fund across all institutions and they pick the best candidates overall.

And there are two rounds of shortlisting, 1st would be to get selected for the interview and the second would be for the final offer.

In your case ig you were put on a reserve list after the first shortlisting ie not called for interview but if any of the interviewed candidates rejects their offers after being interviewed, then u may get called for the interview.
So the fate of the reserve candidates depend exclusively on the decisions of the interviewed candidates
