If part(i), please show part (b).
As for part(ii), the question hints on drawing an I-V characteristics of a resistor having a resistance of 20 ohms. This is a straight line graph passing through the origin,
This would lead you to find the current and then find the p.d. using the I-V graph.

I have drawn the IV-characteristics for a resistor but unsure how they get 0.17 amps and 2.7 volts using the graph.
