Drama school offer
Hi, I have been offered a place at a drama school but they say they are still offering places until all places are full so I might end up in waiting list if I don’t accept the offer on UCAS. Is that standard practice, can they effectively withdraw the offer if I don’t accept before the UCAS deadline?

To which UCAS deadline are you referring? If you've received an offer, and you can see that offer in UCAS Hub, then you have until 5th June to decide if you want firm make this offer your firm/insurance choice or not. Universities are not allowed to put you under pressure to reply sooner than that (report them to UCAS if that's what they're doing) and cannot withdraw the offer simply because you haven't replied as soon as they'd have liked.
