Cannot get my parent to support my application
I have submitted my application but did but my mum did not recieve an email so we tried logging onto her account. Now when my mum goes on her account to try and support my application after entering my CRN and DOB, it comes up with an error saying applicaiton not found. I then tried filling out a pff2 form per the recommendation of some other posts on here with similar issues, however when trying to upload this on my account I get the following error:

```
How can I fix this, did I mess something up when making my application? Should I cancel my application and try starting again?
