Your gcse's open up all schools, but you'd also need good A-levels, good work experience and consistent volunteering, a decent ucat (depending where you apply it needs to be higher) and then of course do well in an interview if you manage to get one.
So while you have perfect gcse's, these are most definitely not the only thing that gets you into dentistry, they actually count for much less than A-levels/ucat and how well you do in interview.
